Cartasan purchases are shipped via FedEx Home Delivery, within 5-7 business days of the purchase order date. Cartasan artworks are packed with pride and care to survive transit—please be mindful when opening.
Cartasan currently ships to the US, for outside US sales, please contact us at email@example.com. Parcel tracking available on each purchase.
California residents will be charged sales tax.
If you are in need of a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. You must notify Cartasan of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without prior communication will be refused.
Returns will only be accepted if the return is sent within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date. You must use the original packaging for the return shipping and your artwork must be in its original, unused condition to be returned. Cartasan artwork that has been damaged or altered upon unwrapping will not be accepted for replacement or refund. If a refund is requested, a full refund of the purchase price will be made promptly, once the returned merchandise has been inspected and deemed to be in the same condition as originally shipped.
There are no returns or refunds on special orders, artwork that is altered at the request of the customer, or commissioned artworks.
